The need
Channel Intellect provides consultancy to companies wanting to become Cisco partners and to maximise their income from Cisco programmes. The growth rate of Channel Intellect recently has been rapid and there was a need to reach and provide support to more companies.
The solution
The knowledge and expertise surrounding Cisco programmes is specific and specialist. Companies also need to do a lot of planning and preparation in order to benefit from their involvement with Cisco. We suggested complementing the face-to-face consultancy with a series of e-learning modules. These are delivered through a custom-made Cisco Acceleration Portal. The modules include essential planning tools, e.g. a wizard tool helping companies create a Cisco Business Partner Plan which can be exported as a document for planning purposes, and interactive activities and video insights.
The results
Channel Intellect has received praise from Cisco for the portal and its plans to expand its consultancy using e-learning and online tools. We also refreshed the company’s website as part of their expansion plans and the client is delighted with the results.
The successful launch of the platform and the initial courses has enabled Channel Intellect to secure investment from partners to localise the platform and e-learning for the North American market. iflourish is currently undertaking this localisation, including payment systems.
